立博体育赛事房地产经纪人Ⓡ影响基金会成立于2022年，代表立博体育赛事房地产经纪人Ⓡ提供教育奖学金和社区慈善捐赠. 到目前为止, 基金会捐赠了10美元,每年向10名立博体育赛事REALTORS®立博体育赛事的直系亲属，毕业于经认证的高中课程或就读于经认证的机构的应得青年颁发10,000美元的社区卓越奖学金. 本基金会亦透过其关怀基金，为去年因意外医疗或儿童保育费用而遭遇财务危机的REALTOR®立博体育赛事提供财政援助, 对个人财产造成重大损害, 或者由于精神疾病或家人去世而突然改变生活. 每位受助人获得了2 500美元的经济援助.
